Be a smoothie

It’s nearly bikini ‘o’ clock – so over the next few weeks I’ll be giving out a few tips on how to ensure you look good on the beach this Summer!

Now, our arms are something many of us are reluctant to show off – especially as we get older and skin starts to sag. The skin on your upper arms can become dry, crepey and bumpy too, so get into the habit of exfoliating your arms every other day in the shower, using a gentle body scrub the get the circulation flowing and slough off flaky skin.

Afterwards, treat them to some super-hydrating body cream. If you keep up this routine, you’ll soon notice the difference in the quality of your skin,which should feel smoother and plumper.
