Cellulite Savers!

If a tube of cream could get rid of cellulite, there would be millions of very happy women out there. Unfortunately, nothing’s going to shift those dreaded lumps and bumps permanently apart from a healthy diet, tons of water and exercise – and even then you might have problem read. What some creams can do, however, is smooth the surface of your skin temporarily, aided by the massage action or applying them.

Best buys:

Revitol Cellulite Solution – This contains caffeine and vitamin-A derivative retinol, so it works on circulation as well as helping to improve the texture of your skin and stimulate collagen. It also includes algae for skin firming.

Liz Earle Energising Hip and Thigh Gel – This uses natural active ingredients such as butcher’s broom, horse chestnut, rosemary and geranium to reduce puffiness and boost circulation. It feels nice and cool when it goes on and skin feels tighter as it dries.

Medik8 Lipomelt Forte – This one is my favourite. It uses caffeine to boost circulation and coenzyme A, which is thought to help break down fat. It’s absorbed really quickly, but you should wait until it’s dry before applying your regular body cream.
