Exercise Your Skin. Most of us try to exercise our bodies but very few of us exercise our facial muscles which helps keep muscles tight and boost the blood supply to nourish the skin and flush toxins away. Try doing a few facial exercise when you apply your moisturiser, morning and night… and you will soon see a difference with skin looking brighter, fresher and healthier.

Try these

* Sit up straight and lean your head backwards so you’re looking up at the ceiling. Let your mouth relax so it’s open. Next, stick out your tongue and try to touch your chin with the tip of your tongue. Keep your tongue in this position for a few seconds, and then pull it back in. Repeat five times once a day.

*Try the ‘shovel’ exercise – sit up straight, then move your lower lip up over your top lip as if your scooping food into your mouth. Repeat 12-15 times three times a day.
