DIY: Hydrating face mask
Mix 1tbsp of nut oil (available from most supermarkets) with 1tbsp plain yogurt and 1tbsp honey. Apply the paste to cleansed skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave for about 10 minutes, rinse, then apply your usual moisturiser.
